Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty (UK)
Pyle products are designed to meet high standards of quality and reliability. In addition to your rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, Pyle offers a manufacturer’s limited warranty on eligible products purchased in the United Kingdom.
1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Most eligible Pyle products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
Some products may qualify for extended warranty benefits when registered within 30 days of purchase. Registration is optional and does not affect eligibility for the standard warranty or your statutory rights under UK law.
Warranty Coverage & Product Variations
Warranty coverage, duration, and eligibility may vary depending on the product category or any specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Any alternative warranty terms will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Certain products may have different warranty terms, including but not limited to:

If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Pyle will, where appropriate, offer one of the following remedies:

Authorized Retailers & Market Eligibility
This manufacturer’s warranty applies only to products purchased from retailers or marketplaces operating within the UK market and intended for UK distribution.
Products may not be eligible for warranty support if:

The serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced

The product is confirmed to be counterfeit or intended for a different geographic market
This does not affect your statutory rights against the retailer under UK consumer law.
This restriction applies only to manufacturer support. Consumers may still have legal remedies through the seller or retailer under UK law, regardless of warranty eligibility.
UK Consumer Rights
This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your legal rights against the seller or retailer, who remains responsible for ensuring the product is as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality under UK law.
This manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
UK law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited. Consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund from the seller depending on the circumstances.
